Fact is I am quite fond of macro photography. I have yet a tele macro to buy, so much lenses I still have to buy -_-

The petals make great leading lines (as might be expected), and it is overall a simple, effective composition (I like simple, although I find it very difficult to achieve).

The light is wonderful, it really brings out the texture of the petals. This could probably work in black and white as well.

Yeah..that spot bothers me. But, I don't clone out of my photos. I think nature is perfect how it is and should be left that way. If the flower has a spot, my photo has a spot as well. I get myself into trouble a lot with that, but to me it seems that if you fix nature, then it is no longer nature, it is an individuals representation on what they would like nature to be. And i've had a lot of requests for black and white as well. And to be honest, I didn't think it looked that good x.x I will put up a copy and set it in my scraps so you can take a look at it :p Keep a look out and thanks for the comments!
